Denver won’t pay victim in excessive force case, even though he won case

    Sounds like the residents of Denver are going to need a law to require police officers to carry some form of
    malpractice insurance.

    so wait, all the other uses of excessive force (like shown in the other video with handcuffed dude getting punched in the face) was all authorized?
